Welcome to Ten Salon, where your complete satisfaction is our main goal. Here are some helpful suggestions to ensure you enjoy your next hair salon appointment with us:
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility when booking an appointment. We suggest that you use at least two or three stylists regularly so you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illness or unexpected travel plans.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, contact the Salon Director immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Again, your satisfaction is our priority.
In consideration of other clients and our service providers, please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge. You may reschedule same day for a 50% fee.
Our Guest Service Representative will be happy to help you make a reservation or answer any questions you may have. New clients may be asked for a credit card number to reserve their appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. This allows time to check in, change and prepare for your service. If you arrive after your reservation time, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that unforeseen events arise. Sometimes, cancellations are unavoidable. Please give a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept tips on credit card transactions. Service providers can receive gratuities by cash or check directly.
Although we recommend scheduling an appointment, walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability. Of course, you can request your favorite Ten Salon artist or enjoy a little more flexibility with one of our available stylists.
